🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The product must not be a final sale, clearance, or personalized item

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • Partial refunds may apply if the item is not returned in its original condition


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Health or hygiene-related items (e.g., worn clothing, water bottles)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items


📦 Order Issues or Damaged Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Returns are processed directly through our suppliers or manufacturers. The return address and instructions will be provided upon request via email.
